Doggy Daily Superfood Boost
As carnivores dogs and cats get their nutritional requirements from a balanced raw diet. However modern farming practices and global environmental pollution can mean some soils are at times deficient in important trace minerals. This in turn can impact the nutritional value of the animal protein .
As with our own diet, it good every now and again to have a boost of some superfoods which will provide a supply of these trace minerals.
Doggy Daily is a powdered booster made up from a host of ‘natural super foods’ such as Brazil Nuts (selenium source which aids healthy thyroid gland and immune system), Hemp Seed Powder ( good Omega 3 source to help reduce inflammation and support healthy joints), Turmeric (contains curcumin which supports healthy liver, gut, immune, brain, joint and skin function) and many more. For full list off ingredients click here

Dogs Low Allergen Beginner’s Bags (4 Week Supply)
The Low Allergen Beginner’s Bags do not contain any chicken or beef/veal products so are ideal for dogs who have developed an intolerance/ allergic reaction to these proteins. Symptoms for food intolerances/ allergies can be very varied, but most commonly exhibit as excessive itching/ licking, recurrent skin /ear infections, diarrhoea and vomiting.
Brodie’s Beginner’s Bags contains a 4 week meal plan to help your dog smoothly transition to a raw diet. The box contains 28 meal bags, all coded by day and week, with the amount based on your dog’s weight. We recommend you split the daily meal bag into 2 meals, morning and night, however, it is fine to feed as one meal if that is the usual routine. The plan starts with a plain, easily digest meat such as wild goat and lamb tripe, and gradually introduces new proteins such as possum, and salmon, with the 4th week representing the full, prey model diet of 60% meat, 20% tripe, 10% meaty bones and 10% offal.
To properly digest raw meat and bones, the stomach needs acidity in the stomach (low PH of approx 1-2). It is therefore important to stop feeding dry biscuits as the carbohydrates in these promote higher PH levels inhibiting the digestion of raw food plus making the dog vulnerable to pathogenic bacteria which high acidity levels are able to control.
Wallaby Mince
Wild wallaby is a highly nutritious protein source for dogs and cats. It is low in cholesterol and fat, yet high in protein and minerals, in particular iron which promotes a healthy metabolism and strong muscle growth, plus helps reduce the risk of anaemia.
Chicken, Heart & Tripe Mince
Chicken it is a high protein, nutritious food for dogs and cats, providing a good source of vitamin B 3 (Niacin) and B6 (Pyridoxine). Niacin plays a key role in converting food to energy and is vital to the healthy functioning of digestive and nervous systems plus the skin and coat. B6 aids the creation of antibodies in the immune system. Chicken a key source of the Omega 6 fatty acid arachidonic acid, vital for skeletal muscle growth and brain development. Cats have a higher requirement for this than dogs as they are unable to convert fatty acids found in plant material into arachidonic acid. Chicken is also a good source of phosphorous which aids teeth and bone formation and normal heart rhythm and kidney function. Heart is a good source of the essential amino acid Taurine, vital for the healthy functioning of the eyes and heart. It is also packed with vitamins in particular B12 and also thiamine (B1) which cats need in abundance and is one of the best sources for the mineral selenium which helps protect the immune system.
Veal Brisket
Veal bones are relatively soft, with a honeycomb structure aiding digestion. They are full essential minerals calcium and phosphorus for healthy teeth and strong bones. The gnawing/ chewing action helps clean the teeth and gums, preventing tartar build up, plus generating gastric juices for better digestion and exercising the jaw, neck and shoulder muscles. They also contain plenty of veal meat, proving rich protein and vitamins, in particular B3 which promotes a healthy immune and digestive system.
Possum Chunks
Meaty wild possum chunks include plenty of high protein possum meat (70-80% meat) along with the benefit of calcium-packed bones. Possum meat contains the highest concentration of Omega 3 essential fatty acid of any protein source besides fish and aids the healthy functioning of the heart, skin and coat. Wild possum bones are a great source of calcium to keep bones and teeth strong, plus the tearing/chewing motion and production of gastric juices help reduce tartar build up on teeth. The bones are relatively soft, so easy for dogs to crunch and digest. Additionally, you can also pat yourselves on the back, knowing that your purchase is helping to eradicate the possum pest problem in New Zealand where they destroy an estimated 20,000 tonnes of foliage per night!
Air-Dried Venison Jerky (100gms)
These treats are pure meat protein, which means that all your good work feeding your pet a raw diet is not undone by unhealthy carb-laden treats. The treats contain a mix of air-dried Venison Cheek Meat, Neck Meat and Gullet from NZ pasture-fed venison. ensuring a great range of flavours and smells for even the fussiest of pets.

Lamb Brisket
Lamb brisket is a relatively soft bone surrounded by 80% meat and fat (quite high fat content of approx 30%). The pieces range from approx 150 to 400gms so are suitable for medium to large dogs.  Lamb is a rich source of the vitamin B group and in particular, Vitamin B12  which helps prevent anaemia, protects the nervous system and aids digestion. It is also a good source of zinc, a mineral that is vital to the healthy functioning of the immune system. Zinc also helps the animals stabilise their blood sugar levels and is necessary for an optimal sense of smell. Vitamin K is found in higher levels in Lamb than most other meats which are necessary for the production of blood-clotting proteins. Chewing the brisket aids good dental health and digestion. The meat to bone ratio on frames is approx 80:20 .

Brodie’s has made changing over to a raw diet for our boy Volka the easiest transition! Volka had been turning up his food for days but as soon as we changed him over to a raw diet he’s been so good! The service is amazing and it was the best decision for us!
Roko received his Beginners Bags today and already, I am SO impressed. You can see EXACTLY what your dog is eating which is something you don’t get with well known kibble brands. Love it!
He’s been loving his raw food. And so have I! Such a breeze having them in their daily portion sized baggies. Not to mention the difference in his poops vs what they were while he was on kibble! Awesome!
Absolutely love the service and food provided by Brodie's! The Beginner's Bags were a great way to transition him into Raw food. His fur is so soft and shiny, breath doesn't smell as much and his stools have been firmer and smaller! Thanks a bunch for your amazing service Anne-Marie!
